All products currently sold on this webshop are free from shipping fees. Products will be send out as soon as possible after receiving payment. Currently all products we ship will be shipped using regular.
If you wish to return your product you can do so by requesting a refund. You are allegeable for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product without stating any reason.
If you package is lost or got damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us: webshop@ellesmeets.nl. If after 14 days we have not heard anything for the purchaser, we assume the package is delivered to satisfaction and the purchaser waves any claim for a refund.
